PRIVACY HELP

Contact us about privacy requests

Fast answers matter when the question is about your data, not only your balance. Use the channel that matches your request: live chat for urgent account access, an in-account ticket for document changes, or a callback request when you need identity checks explained. We may ask you to confirm your username, registered phone, and latest wallet rail before we discuss personal data.

Team online

Live chat privacy queue

Live chat runs from 10:00 to 02:00 WIB for account access and data-use questions. Start from Help, choose Privacy Request, and keep your registered phone nearby for verification.

In-account ticket path

For corrections to name, email, or phone data, go to Account > Help > Privacy Request. Add the field you want changed, upload only the requested file, and wait for our reply in your message center.

WhatsApp callback check

If you cannot sign in, request a WhatsApp callback from the login help screen. We will ask for non-sensitive account markers first and will not ask for your password or wallet PIN.

ACCOUNT SAFETY

Data controls around your wallet

Privacy protection is part of the account flow you use every day. We separate login data from wallet records, keep payment references limited to reconciliation work, and let you check active sessions…

Account data we collect

When you join, we collect your username, phone, email, password hash, and account status. Extra checks may apply when wallet activity changes quickly or when access comes from a new device.

Payment record handling

DANA, OVO, GoPay, and QRIS entries are stored with transaction references, time stamps, and matching status. We use those records to reconcile wallet movements and answer disputes without exposing full payment credentials.

Cookie choices

Cookies keep your session active, remember language display, and flag risky sign-ins. You can clear browser cookies anytime; after that, we may ask for a fresh login and device check.

Device session checks

After signing in, open Profile > Security > Active Sessions to see recent device entries. If one looks unfamiliar, end that session and contact us before making another wallet move.

Retention periods

We keep account and wallet records while your account remains active and for a period needed for disputes, security checks, and duties that depend on local law. Erasure requests are checked case by case.

Request changes

Use Account > Help > Privacy Request for correction, access, or deletion requests. We confirm your identity first, then tell you what can be changed, what must remain, and why.

Privacy questions before you join

Before you open your account, you should know exactly how your data moves through our wallet, lobby, and support tools. These answers cover the questions we receive most often about the Privacy Policy, including payment records, cookies, session checks, and requests to access or remove personal data.

We collect the account details needed to set up and protect your login: username, phone, email, password hash, device data, IP address, and status markers from verification steps.

Yes. We record transaction references, time stamps, wallet matching status, and support case links for DANA, OVO, GoPay, and QRIS activity. We do not store full payment app passwords.

Sign in and go to Account > Help > Privacy Request. Tell us which data you want to see or correct, then complete the identity check before our team changes account records.

Cookies help keep your session open, remember display choices, and detect unusual device changes. If you clear cookies, you may need to sign in again and confirm your device.

You can request deletion through the Privacy Request path. We check identity first, then explain which records can be removed and which must stay for security, disputes, or duties that depend on local law.

Only trained account, security, and support staff assigned to your case can access the request. We keep case logs so we can check who handled the data and when.

Open Profile > Security > Active Sessions, end the session you do not recognise, and contact live chat from 10:00 to 02:00 WIB. Avoid wallet activity until we check the account.
